To build a house you need good start-up capital. I didn’t have it, but the house was already in the plans, so I took a quick loan from new start capital and started construction. After some time, I scribbled a small amount of the loan. I went to the office and asked for an extension. They gave it to me, though not for long. But this was enough to have time to pay the debt before the end of the contract.
