im pretty sure softnyx doesnt give about buying items they need to worry about the hackers instead of people buying items

Yeah trading items for bulk is bannable as is kill/win swapping. People do those things anyway, and until the result is a loss on their part is when they realize softnyx won't help them for the matter.
