Like I told the other guy in this forum section:

1. Remove the entire rakion file & reinstall fresh.
2. If that doesn't work, download the latest rakion client from the website and proceed with option 1.

I have exactly the same problem :(!! I sent Softnyx at Q&A for this patch.. hopefully they answer me quickly!
If someone has a solution tell us!
(I already tried re-installing and also re-downloading. Nothing worked!)

You might need to:

(hit the recover file button then):

1. Uninstall rakion.
2. remove all files that aren't already removed by uninstalling it.
3. Empty recycle bin, then restart your computer
4. Redownload from the newest source supplied by softnyx.
5. Install and restart your computer.
