Why does my items like PU CARD and other items in the post lost or deleted without notice?? We thought count down of the 20 days before you delete our post items will start after the patch of the valentines event?

ahm sorry if I ask this, .. just a newbie here ... I feel confused with the poke thingy .... Can someone explain it to me ??  ... I Just poked today NorthSoul set +15 and black taurus lvl 99 , Musketeer king lvl 99 , Soul Cannon lvl 99 and NorthSoul lvl 99 \:d/ But Good Luck to everyone
