To all our dear players,

We are aware of the disconnection issues from Jan 27 to 29. However there are so many inaccurate or insufficient reports where/when exactly is the problem while playing Rakion.

For this we need your help to pin point the cause. Please send us a Q&A to "Rakion Technical Issues and Bug Report" about your gameplay experience from Jan 27 to 29 2012.

Kindly report in this format:

(NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT COMMENT YOUR REPORT HERE IN FACEBOOK)

1. Account ID [Softnyx Login ID]
2. Where in Rakion does the crash happen? (e.g. While loading Map, Inventory, Refinery, Game Lobby, Select Server, Battle Mode/Stage Mode, etc.)
3. When did the crash happen? (Put an approximate date/time)
