Rakion GMs will never send you a private message to tell you that you won so-and-so event, and then ask for sensitive account information like your password, birthday or email address. Also, do not enter such information on websites that may look like the official Rakion website, but do not have http://rakion.softnyx.net as URL. Check the address bar on your browser to confirm that the website is legit.



Should you ever be contacted through in-game messenger about a Rakion event and asked to submit your details, please take a screenshot of the converstaion and send it to Mail Q&A for investigation.
