1. Sound breaks up and screen freezes after entering game.

2. Gets kicked out of game with an application error message.



<What To Do>



1. Please close every program or process not related to the game when running.

2. Update your virus and spyware scanner and start scanning.

3. Update your Windows.



If such symptom still remains after taking the actions mentioned above, zip every file with extension of 징째erl"

(nppm.erl,epsc.erl,npgl.erl,npgg.erl,npgmup.erl) in C:>Programfiles>Softnyx>Rakion>Bin>GameGuard and send us with a report in detail.



We will analyze received files and do our best to solve the problem.
