Well first of all I don't defend hackers and scammers, you don't seem to be able to comprehend that sentence. And yes, I can say something: from what it looks like there, he did in fact modem tap. See this is the kind of proof I want when people claim that he hacks. Now could you make a video exactly like this, with him hacking. Maybe persuade him subtly or catch him in the middle of the act. Overall, good you finally understand my definition of SOLID PROOF.
On a side note, I hear lots of people modem tap so in perspective to hacking and it's impact on players, this is not very significant.
