Its seems that 80% of users didn’t comply on our email verification notice posted June 16 2011.

Today we turned off the verify system. We decided to give you one whole month to verify your emails.

How to verify email

1. Log in to http://rakion.softnyx.net
2. Click on My Info. A new window will pop up.
3. On the Update My Info page, click on Email Verification. An email message from Softnyx will be sent to your registered email address.
4. Check your email to view the message. [softnyx mail usually is on the junk folder] Click on Verify.
5. Your account should already be verified. You can now log in to the game to chat and play.

If you forgot your email address / birthdate please mail Q&A along with these information to verify that you really are the owner of the account and not just a random person / sharer wanting to claim the ownership of the account.

1. Registered date of birth
2. Registered email address
3. For accounts with cash charge records: prepaid card code / bulk cash reseller account name and bulk cash code / other transaction numbers that have been charged to the user's account. It is best to save all transaction records for this purpose.
4. 3 OLDEST passwords
5. Information on deleted characters over level 15: name, class, level/stats, creation and deletion dates. We do not require information on active characters, as this is readily available on the website under My Game Info.
6. Month and year when the account was created.

If you didnt receive the confirmation mail please take this into consideration

Mails from Softnyx are sometimes flagged as [Spam] or [Junk] by some email providers. Please check your Spam/Junk folders first.
To ensure that you will receive emails from us, please add administrator@softnyx.net to your contact list.

You may also choose to change your registered email address with us to ensure that you receive Softnyx mail. Yahoo, Gmail and Hotmail email providers have been proven to work well with Softnyx mail.

*account verification system is a way to filter hackers, especially those who create dummy accounts. we dont want hackers do we? so bear with us.
