Roulette:
Gold Bag, temporary (200 gold = useless): 20%
Caine's blood stain, temporary (useless): 20%
30% discount coupon, temporary (useless): 20%
Core, temporary (useless): 10%
Protect Stone, temporary (useless): 20%
Even Core, temporary (somewhat useful): 9,2%
Super Core, temporary (useful): 0.4%
Dragon Core, temporary (useful): 0.4%

I'd say the roulette win chance is less than 1%
Note that unlike in the previous roulette event, all items are now temporary, so getting some creature materials for useless items is now impossible.
