Hello sir... can i ask something because i guest there was a bug on your event.. i got Ultra core.. and use it ... on that Ultra core say that it will give +20 on it. but when i use it ... only +1 he give on that ultra core . sir can you help me fix it.. i feel so lucky when i got that ultra core.. but when i use it and see what he make . i feel sad. about it.. please help me make my golden cane shoulder . become +20 because i use ultra core on it but . that core make my shoulder +1 .. its to weird... T_T thanks.. have a good day

Ultra core does not enchant to +20.
It's ABLE to enchant up to +20.
