We have decided to impose a harsher penalty on users caught hacking in-game, especially those users who had been released only to be discovered to be hacking again.

Users who have been banned for the first time for hacking:

1) Banned users must write to Softnyx through QnA and send us the hack programs used. Hack programs can also be sent to crack2@softnyx.co.kr.

2) Should the hack programs be proven working, the user's account will be released, with the following penalty:
- All characters' exp will be reduced by 50%. Characters caught stage hacking will be deleveled to 1. Characters over level 95 will be reduced to 80.
- All cell levels will be reset to 1.
- All gold will be reset to 0.

Obviously some of you feel that this is too light a punishment and go out to hack again another day after being released. In light of this, we have decided to impose a stricter punishment to users who are banned a 2nd or 3rd time for hacking.

Users who have been banned for the 2nd time for hacking:

1) Banned users must write to Softnyx through QnA and send us the hack programs used. Hack programs can also be sent to crack2@softnyx.co.kr.

2) The user's account will be released with the following penalty:
- All characters will be deleveled to 1.
- All cells will be deleveled to 1.
- All gold will be reset to 0.
- All gold transactions within one month will be rolled back.

For users who are banned a 3rd time for hacking: no release.
