I have been banned for impersonating a GM. This is incorrect, I have never done such a thing and I would like to say I believe the person you are looking for is a kid that has a similar name to me. I was complaining about his lag and I kept kicking him from my game. He made a new character with the same name as mine but replaced the 'l' with a capital i. He messaged me telling me he will get me banned.

If you have evidence that this guy messaged in the lobby, I can truly say I have not even verified my account so therefore I can not talk in lobby and therefore my 'twin' character is the person you should ban. Please reply, I have never said or thought I was a GM..

A person I have argued with created a character with the same name as me using 'i' as 'l' in my name and pretended to be a GM. This caused my account to be banned when it wasn't me. Please look in to it, and if there is evidence towards the GM impersonation on channel chat, take note that my account has not been email verified and therefore I can't chat in channel which means it wasn't meNot talking . One of my accounts were banned in the past for Paypal(Reversed) and it is because I used paypal to charge cash onto my account. Later, after I had already used the cash, My mother reversed the payment not knowing that I MEANT to charge it. I have not used paypal ever since, but I was wondering if I could have my account back. I had done nothing wrong, only that my mom had made a mistake reversing payment. It wasn't meant to happen, and I a 100% sure that it will never happen again. Please let me know if Im able to use my account again.
Thank you Angel One of the players on the account were named (Taco)(Tiki), As long as the acc was not deleted :O

i cant log in my char anymore someone change my password it was hacked but i can still log in here in forum coz i save my info so that easy to log in , and i was out on game then suddendly i want to log in game again but it says wrong username and password i did not change it or doing anything, pls help me on this...

Dear softnyx team.

I was banned today 12/9/2014 for "hack detection" even though yesterday i was playing this game fine and trying to fix my frame-rate issues (which i have fixed).

I have tried using the support tab to contact you but it did not work, it was very broken and all it did was say "Enter Name" wen i tried to select any of the categories.

So i had no choice but to attempt to create a new topic on the forums but there was no new topic button, so now i have no choice but to write on a post that is 3 years old in order to necro-thread it.

I hope you can get the chance to see and read this, contact me please so we can resolve this issue. I think that this issue might be related to either the game launcher or the anti-hack software you use.
