Hello this is the RIS team.



Recent patch have made few Anti-virus program detect Rakion as a Trojan/Virus.



This is a false alarm and this will create problem running Rakion.



To fix this problem, Please Add Rakion.bin and RakionIS Folder to Exceptions list and/or Allowed list.



Example steps for users using Avira.



1. Open Avira Anti-virus program

2. Press the F8 button to go into Settings

3. Press the Box beside Expert Mode



4. Go to Scanner > Scan > Exception

5. Press the ... button and locate your RIS folder.

( Usually found in c:Program FilesSoftnyxRakionIS )

6. Press Ok and Add



7. Go to Guard > Scan > Exception and Add Rakion.bin for the process and locate RakionIS folder for objects and Add both

This should solve the problem with Rakion execution and Detecting Rakion as Virus.



If this does not resolve your problem or Rakion does not start after Logging in and pressing Start, Please Uninstall Rakion and Reinstall it.
