Hello this is the RIS team.



We are aware of the issue where some users are getting the gameguard error.

This is caused by some anti-virus programs detecting Gameguard as a Treat.

To solve this issue, users must add the following object to the exclusion list within the settings of the anti-virus program.

C:Program FilesSoftnyxRakionBinGameGuardGameMon.des



This will allow users to play Rakion without Gameguard error.



For detailed information on how to do this within Kaspersky, please follow the instruction below.



1) Run Kaspersky and select Settings on the bottom.

2) Within the Settings Window, select Threats and exclusions tab on the left.

3) Then press the Trusted zone... Button on the right hand side.

4) In the Trusted zone Window, Press Add button.

5) This will bring Exclusion mask window and users must check Object and then press specify in blue writing.

6) After pressing OK, Add the following Object's pathway.

C:Program FilesSoftnyxRakionBinGameGuardGameMon.des

7) After adding the following object, press Ok on All windows and then press Apply in the Settings window.



This will allow Gameguard to run without a problem.
