Frequently Asked Questions About Transferring to RSS:

Q: Can I continue playing in RIS if I am from SG/ MY?

A: When the transfer period is opened, SG and MY servers will be closed, so the only way SG and MY players can continue playing Rakion is to transfer to RSS (Rakion South East Asian Server).

Q: Can I continue charging cash from Softnyx after I transfer to RSS?

A: When you have transferred to RSS, please do not charge cash anymore in RIS (Rakion International Server), from Softnyx. Your account will be in an entirely different server, RSS, handled by Mobius. So you will have to use Mobius's method of purchasing cash, which is epoints. For more information about this, please see http://mobius.ph.

Cash that was already charged will be transferred along with your account. But after the transfer from RIS to RSS, please purchase cash from RSS (Mobius), not RIS (Softnyx).

Q: How do I transfer to RSS?

A:For users in the Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia:

Migration Dates:

Country : Philippine users

Transfer date : September 26st, 2006

Countries : Malaysia, Singapore users

Transfer date : February 5, 2007 (GMT+9)
