1) Added new stage maps.

2) Change Power user description "150%" to "50% more"

3) Able to make the room for level limit +-5, +-10.

4) Decreased Panger attack power.

5) Fixed the bug for Ice field map.

6) Able to see master's national code at front of the room name.
