Hello, this is the Rakion Team.

As you have noticed, rakion website has been revamped. because of this, players who have got Penalized (hacking, swapping, scamming etc.) cannot log in.

You can still use your penalized accounts to mail us. kindly follow must do steps below.

Go to Softnyx portal -> Menu “Support” -> “Rakion” -> then Login. you can now send us mail Q&A
