Allow Rakion through your firewall and remove anti virus protection or whatever you have....like Norton and malwarebytes...stuff like that.

hey guys i am an old rakion player i have installed rakion but i am facing a problem ! when i open rakion i dont see the written stuff as in the name of the servers or the name of my characteers please help i can just see the model of my first chracter and its name please help me :(
