Olive oils are marketed as healthy because they contain little or no trans fats and are low in saturated fats.
Are they really healthy? For example, can someone eat large portions of French fries fried in these oils every day without worrying about bad cholesterol in their blood?

Extra virgin olive oil, not like regular oil, isn't always constantly processed thoroughly, so it keeps extra nutrients, antioxidants and nutrients that are important for our frame. Does olive oil reduce cholesterol and guide heart health? Its normal consumption can reduce the risk of cardiovascular ailment because of the excess content of monounsaturated fats.

Constant consumption of French fries, despite the quality oil, can negatively affect cholesterol levels. The health benefits of oil are best seen in fresh form, for example, in salads.
