Dear Rakion Users,

First of all, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all the users who have loved Rakion International for the past 18 years.

Since we started the service in March 2006, the time spent with you has been a great joy and honor for us.

However, it is with a heavy heart that we announce the termination of the Rakion International service today.

Since its launch in March 2006, we have been together with our users, but we have determined that it is difficult to provide satisfactory service.

After much deliberation, we have made the difficult decision to terminate the service on September 26, 2024.

Thanks to the love and support from our users, we have grown significantly and built many memories. We will cherish the love and memories you have given us.

Once again, we would like to express our deepest gratitude for your immense love, and we will do our best to ensure that you do not experience any inconvenience until the service ends.

July 16, 2024 (Tuesday): Service termination announcement
July 18, 2024 (Thursday) 15:00: Payment service cessation
September 26, 2024 (Thursday) 15:00: Service termination
September 26, 2024 (Thursday) 15:00: Website service termination

[Refund Application Period]
From August 6, 2024, 15:00 to August 22, 2024, 23:59 (Revised on July 18)

[Refund Information]
Refund Criteria: Refunds are available for unused cash purchased (Revised on July 19)
Non-refundable Items:
(1) Partial refunds (Cash remaining after usage is not eligible for a refund)
(2) R.CASH
(3) Cash obtained through events
(4) Items purchased with cash
(5) Transactions made on the Rakion IS and KS websites after July 18, 15:00

Although the service is ending and our connection with Rakion users ends here, we promise to return with new projects.
