Hello, it is very nice to find someone who is interested in the best strategy games in my opinion.For medieval-themed games, the best options would be:
Kingdom Come: Deliverance
Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord
Crusader Kings III
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
This is my top choice because of the medieval atmosphere and the variety of gameplay. But if you're looking for something more exciting I advise you to look at https://alchemist-light.com/ , there you will find everything you need.
