Dear rakion team, Good day sir! I bought yesterday (feb 18, 2014) around approx. 6-7pm the new item in shop, the (item extract). Is it bug sir? It really upsets me much. so disappointing. My +19 legendary grade cane star, and it''s 4 gems attached on it 1 B freeze, 1 D fear, and 2 B cp consumption, were gone instantly. I paid 4,900 rakion cash for just nothing. I was expecting it would be transfered to my newly bought golden cane star. Pls, GM help. Hopping for your kind consideration. Now all I had left is +0 normal grades for both items that I''ve mentioned.Attached here my log.in ID for any help that may led for this matter, and also a screen shot of my cash history.
