To change your account information (email/security answer/password), login only in our official websites:

After login, click My Info.

Before anything else, make sure that Mail Lettering is set to 'Yes'. And your Registered Email is Verified.


For changing your password :

1. Click 'Change Password' button
2. Input your current Password
3. Input the new password.
5. Input the Security Answer
6. Click the 'OK' button and you have changed your account password.



For changing your email :

1. Click 'Change Email' button
2. Input your current registered email
3. Input the new registered email
5. Input the Security Answer
6. Click the 'OK' button and you have changed your registered email.

NOTE: We highly suggest that you use gMail, outlook, or mail.com as your registered email.



For changing your security answer :

1. Click the 'Modify' button beside the Security Question-and-Answer. And we will send a mail to your email for the reset your security question-and-answer

2. Then you need to have access to your email inbox. If your registered email was from gmail for example then you can view email inbox in mail.google.com.

For outlook, go to outlook.com And for mail.com

2. In your Email Inbox, Find an email addressed from 'Softnyx Team' and with a subject "This is Softnyx Team" for the link to security question-and-answer.

3. Click the reset link and to reset your security question-and-answer.

4. Go back and login again to our official website and click My Info.

5. You may now create a new security question-and-answer.



How to verify your Registered Email :

1. If your email is not verified. Click the 'E-Mail Verification' button.

2. Then you need to have access to your email inbox. If your registered email was from gmail for example then you can view email inbox in mail.google.com.

For outlook, go to outlook.com And for mail.com

2. In your Email Inbox, Find an email addressed from 'Softnyx Team' and with a subject "This is Softnyx Team" for the link to verify your registered email of your account.

3. Click the verify link and to verify this email for your account.

5. Your registered email is now verified and you can change your password and reset your security question-and-answer.


For more tips to secure your account:

- Never share your account to anyone. if someone ask your password, login ID, email, etc. Do not answer their questions. Take screenshots of the chat/message and write a Q&A to make a report.

- Beware of public LAN such as internet cafe, etc. where anyone can install and monitor your computer activity. As much as possible, change your email only in a secure computer such as your computer at home.

- Beware of phishing/scam websites that pose as Rakion or Softnyx website. =http://www.softnyx.net/...]Write a Q&A[/color] to make a report.

- Never accept programs or offer from any players promising items or services for your account information.

- Never install third-party software or hacks. Not only your account will be banned but these programs can also monitor your account and account password. etc.

- Beware of fake GMs, that asks for your password in game lobby or chat/message. Real GMs do not ask you your account information in-game or in facebook, etc.

Only in Q&A official Softnyx staff ask you your account information for verification purposes.


ALSO READ BELOW NOTICE ON HOW TO PROTECT YOUR ACCOUNT.

Please read the following to better understand how to protect yourself.

1. Softnyx will NEVER ask for your password/account information. If someone pretending to be a Softnyx GM/employee asks for your password/account info, DO NOT give it. Verify the identity of the person by mailing Q&A - try to include a screenshot of your conversation so we can check.

Do NOT be tempted by someone who tells you that you can become a GM/win cash/gain levels in exchange for giving him your account details.

Do NOT accept requests from people you don't know who want to communicate through external messengers (YM, MSN, AIM, etc.).

2. Play only at reputable Internet cafes. Make sure that your local cafe's computers are free of key-loggers and other malicious programs that may attempt to gain access to your account.

3. DO NOT give your username/password to websites that promise to give you cash or in-game items. Verify first through Mail Q&A that the website is legitimate. Scam websites will try their best to look like a Softnyx website to fool players. Check your browser's address bar; currently, these are the only official Softnyx websites:

Any website address other than the above MUST be verified with us first to ensure that you are not being scammed.

4. DO NOT share your account information with anyone. DO NOT give your username/password to friends or family for any reason whatsoever. Your account is your sole responsibility, do not come running to us for help because your brother/sister/friend sold your items without your permission.

5. Softnyx does not support hack-related websites and hack programs. Third-party programs are not allowed in the game and will be punished accordingly.
