Hello, this is the Rakion Team.
We have noticed that some users can't enter rakion due to APEX error. We have already requested our technical team to look into this matter and have fixed it today Nov. 22 2012 15:30 GMT+9.
If you get the same error again, kindly mail us at mail Q&A along with your
dxdiag file and
avital folder.
How to get dxdiag1. Click Start -> Run.
2. Type 'dxdiag' (without quotation marks) on the blank field and click Ok.
3. The "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" window will pop up. Click the 'Save All Information' button.
4. Save the file as DxDiag.txt
How to get Avital folder1. Open my computer
2. Go to program files and click on softnyx folder
3. Open RakionIS folder then Bin
4. Copy Avital folder and add to archive
