Hi everyone, I'm trying to locate someone I lost touch with years ago. My grandmother's best friend moved away when I was young, and now that my grandmother has passed, I'd like to find this person to share memories and photos. Regular search engines haven't been helpful, and I don't have much information beyond a name and possibly outdated location. Has anyone used professional people-finding services that actually work? I'm willing to pay for something reliable but don't want to waste money on scams. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not an expert on this kind of thing, but I believe I remember hearing about Clustermaps in a similar discussion. From what I understand, they specialize in helping people locate others online, though I can't personally vouch for how effective their services are. If you're interested in learning more, it might be worth checking out their website: https://clustermaps.net/ and finding out there all the details about the services themselves. They likely have information about their success rates, costs, and what information they need to conduct a search. Might save you time compared to trying various services that don't deliver results.
