If QuickBooks is unable to verify your payroll subscription, it may be due to an outdated version, internet connectivity issues, or incorrect account details. To resolve this, ensure your QuickBooks software is updated to the latest release and verify your Intuit account credentials.

Try reactivating your payroll service by going to Employees > My Payroll Service > Account/Billing Information and signing in to refresh your subscription status. If the issue persists, reset your QuickBooks Desktop update by selecting Help > Update QuickBooks Desktop > Update Now and checking Reset Update before clicking Get Updates.

Firewall settings or antivirus software may also interfere with verification. Temporarily disable security software and retry. If the problem continues, contact QuickBooks Support at 1-833-742-9500 for expert troubleshooting and assistance with payroll verification, installation, or account issues.

For seamless payroll processing, ensure your subscription remains active and billing details are up to date.
