I’m exploring real estate options and considering where to buy apartments in Baabda. I’ve heard it’s a great area with a peaceful atmosphere, convenient access to Beirut, and good long-term investment potential.

My budget is mid-range, and I’m looking for a 2- or 3-bedroom apartment, either for personal use or rental income. Which neighborhoods in Baabda offer the best value for money? Additionally, what’s the current price per square meter in the area?
