Hey everyone! I’ve been struggling to make my manicures last longer, and I feel like the problem might be the base coat and top coat I’m using. There are so many options out there, from regular to gel and even strengthening formulas. I’ve heard that picking the right combination can make a huge difference, but I’m not sure where to start. What should I look for in a good base coat and top coat to help my nail polish stay chip-free for longer?

You’ve hit on a really important part of any long-lasting manicure! A lot of people overlook how crucial the base and top coats are. For a base coat, I usually recommend going for one that suits your nail type. If you have brittle nails, a strengthening base coat with ingredients like biotin or keratin can help a lot. If your nails tend to peel, look for a bonding base coat, as it creates a better adhesive layer for your nail polish. For the top coat, quick-dry options are great if you're in a hurry, but I find that traditional glossy or gel-like top coats tend to offer better protection against chips and scratches. If you want to try out some custom nail decals or prints to add even more flair to your designs, you might find Kodi professional. They provide high-quality printing services that could be great for nail art enthusiasts looking to experiment with unique designs.

I totally agree! A good base coat helps your polish stick better, and the right top coat can protect it from chipping. I usually go for a high-shine, gel-like top coat because it gives that salon-finished look. It’s amazing how just these two products can make such a big difference in the overall durability of a manicure.
