Hello, this is the Rakion Team.

Please be informed that when enchanting armor/weapon/accessories items +15 and above, event cores doesn't have a 100% success rate and upon failure will be deleveled or be broken.

Enchanting of Event Cores on Items at +0 to +14 however is still at 100% success rate.
