For all of concerned,
Trading in-game via Stamps/Post is not advised due to so many risk. Eventhough it's cheaper to trade than to buy the item directly in the Shop, We do not, in any shape or form, support how the Rakion community make a trade using the Stamp/Post.
If you had agreed to a trade to any of
Rakion community fansites such as Rakion.biz or Rakionhq.com, be advised that Softnyx is
not affiliated or in support with how these community fansites authorize their individual policies nor do we honor any kind of agreement with them.
The stamp/post is purely as a means for you to send items as gifts, and NOT as a means to make a trade.
However this doesn't mean we won't be helping anyone who still used the stamp/post for trade as this has become a tradition/culture within the Rakion players.
If you were Scammed by Trade via Stamp/Post, be sure to provide a screenshot(s) or a video clip of your in-game trade conversation/chat via (F9) Rakion Messenger. That image/video must shows that the item to be traded are clear and the agreement is mutual.
Also we highly recommend to all not to trade using consumable items (such as Event Core, etc.); Or to agree to a trade which involves multiple users in a single trade (e.g. Trade your item to my item + another item from my other account, etc).
All inquiries of scammed items must be reported within 24 hours from when the item was sent in the Stamp List. Therefore if your a victim of a scammed trade then you must report as soon as possible such as 3 hours after your item was sent. And NOT wait for a week or a month before reporting it.
Finally, Trade of items for Real Money or Softnyx Cash is Illegal and Prohibitted. If you were scammed with this method then we can't help you in any recovery or refund. The item that was promised will be deleted and the user who scammed will penalized for this illegal trade provided the complainant (e.g. the user that got scammed) can provide sufficient evidences.
Softnyx has every right to deny request of recovery of lost items at our discretion.
