For players who still experience any kind of error after today?셲 emergency maintenance, please follow the instructions in reporting the issue.

First we would require the following files for us to pinpoint exactly the cause of the problem:

1) Rakion .log files.
You can find it in your Rakion folder with the file extension '.log'. By default the Rakion folder is in C:Program FilesSoftnyxRakionIS

2) Dxdiag text file.
To get this, click Start -> Run -> and type dxdiag
The directx diagnostic tool window should appear, click the "Save All Information" button, and save it as dxdiag.txt

3) A screenshot of your Rakion window with the error pop up window.
When an error pop up window appears, press the Print Screen key in your keyboard, and open Paint. Then paste the screenshot and save it in .jpg format.

Archive all of these files into a zip format; then attach it in your QnA and send it in the category ?쏳akion Technical Issues/Bug Report??
