After a short maintenance performed yesterday at 16:00 GMT +9, users have reported that their items had been destroyed, despite the 0% destruction enchant event.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused our users. We have already fixed the issue with enchantment, and users will not experience this problem anymore.

We are currently in the process of restoring items that had been destroyed yesterday. Users whose items had been destroyed will receive the destroyed items as well as a Core to help them enchant their items again. Users who had cells destroyed will also receive a Diopside with the Core. The Core and Diopside will be sent through Post, so please check your Post and accept.
