Hello, This is the RIS Team.
Because there's a special event occuring, all current events have stopped. No-break event ended 04/26.
However, if the item is higher than +16, it will not break if you are using event core. It may delevel if it fails, but it will not break.
Using core item does have break possibility.
Please keep this in mind when you are enchanting your items.
