Hello. This is Rakion International Team GM Jupiter.
Recent notebooks equipped with Intel Mobile Processors have within them, battery power-saving features called SpeedStep. A SpeedStep is a function that forces to lower the processor's Clock Speed in order to save the power when using notebooks with batteries.
If you are one of the eligible participants of Rakion International close beta test using a notebook with enough system requirement, but was shown connection failure messages, please log in after you disable the SpeedStep feature. SpeedStep is only activated when using batteries. Therefore, proper Processore clock will be activated when you connect the notebook directly to electricity power.
Intel based processors with SpeedStep technology. Speedstep technology is not only enabled when laptops run on batteries; they are ALWAYS enabled. Even if the notebook is on AC power, if the notebook is idle, SpeedStep will downclock the processor speed to reduce unnecessary heat - therefore, users with notebooks on AC may still have the problem. Speedstep can be disabled in the BIOS.
Thank you.
