I know this is irrelevant, but a person I have argued with created a character with the same name as me using 'i' as 'l' in my name and pretended to be a GM. This caused my account to be banned when it wasn't me. Please look in to it, and if there is evidence towards the GM impersonation on channel chat, take note that my account has not been email verified and therefore I can't chat in channel which means it wasn't me.
