Hello. This is Rakion Team.

Recently, we have received many reports of abnormal disconnections, so currently we are working on it to improve such situation.

If you are faced with such problem, please let us know by following instructions below.

1. Compress two files in the Bin folder : Rakion.rpt and Rakion.dmp into a zip file.
( You can find the Bin Folder within the Softnyx RIS Folder, where you installed the game )

2. Attach with the files, send us short explanation about the situation of the disconnect and the time of this disconnection.

We will be able to locate the problem more efficiently if you send in the above information with the files.
WE are very sorry for any inconvenience this problem has caused.
