Currently Rakion is having Halloween Event right now.

We have provided the following FAQ regarding the event, so please read it and have your questions answered.

1) How much is the maximum number of tickets that I can get during the course of the event?
The event will run from 10/19 - 11/9. You will get a ticket for each day that you log in to the game. The total number of tickets will be 22.

2) My tickets were not deducted even though I already applied for an item. What gives?
Tickets are not expendable in the sense that they will get used up when you apply for an item. They simply serve as requirements for what items you can apply for.

This means that you if you were able to get all 22 tickets, you can apply for all items in the event because you satisfied all item requirements.

If you only got 20 tickets, then you can only apply for items that require 20 tickets or less, and so on.

3) Some items will only be given to a certain number of people. How will you choose who wins these items?
We will randomly draw winners for the limited edition items.

4) I applied for the following items that says it'll be awarded to all players:
Chaos+1
Devil's Wing
Stat Buff
Event Cores
Will I receive all items?
Yes, you will. The items with (ALL) that you apply for are guaranteed to be awarded at the end of the event.

5) I already applied my tickets, but did not receive the item I applied for.
All items will be awarded at the end of the event. Halloween costume prizes will be given out on November 11th.

6) Will the items I receive be permanent?
All items awarded will be permanent, except for Halloween armor.

7) I was logged on from 10/19 - 10/21, but did not receive a ticket on 10/20. What's wrong?
Please note that the event relies on the user's log in time, i.e., the server will give you a ticket at the time that you log in. So, for example, if you logged in at 10/19, you will receive a ticket for that day.

If you were logged in from 10/19 - 10/20, then logged in again at 10/21, you will only receive tickets for 10/19 and 10/21.
