- Similar to item enchantment, cells can be enchanted with materials purchased from Refinery

- Enchantment will [color='de143c'>increase the cell징짱s level (+1~+10), decrease the cell징짱s level (-1~-10), or destroy it[/size]

- Cells above level 30 can be destroyed by enchanting. Please be careful and take caution
