If the whole screen disappears and a prompt appears saying "terminating program due to abnormal program", please check below :



1) Downloaded file name is not "Rakion_International015.exe", please download and install again after delete already downloaded files (I.E -> Tools -> Internet Options -> General -> Delete files with Delete all offline contents).



2) Downloaded file name is "Rakion_International015.exe", please send the all *.erl files as a zip format from the Gameguard folder (C:Program Files/softnyx/Rakion/Bin/GameGuard) to "game@inca.co.kr" then we will check this carefully and let you know the result.

And please check below :

* Is there any Virus, backdoor hack program in your computer.

* Other game running on your computer at the same time.

* Is there expired antivirus software in your computer.

* Is your AntiVirus tool blocking Gunbound program.
